You'll complete a detailed Development Assessment covering your playing history, goals, practice habits, challenges and aspirations, along with a short playing submission.
Step 2: Personal Review
I'll review your assessment, analyse your playing and identify the key factors currently influencing your development.
Step 3: 90-Minute Development Audit
We'll meet for a focused 90-minute session where we'll assess your current situation, identify your biggest development opportunities and create a clear roadmap for moving forward.
Step 4: Receive Your Action Plan
Following the session you'll receive a written summary outlining your strengths, development priorities and recommended next steps.
Step 5: Decide Your Next Move
You'll leave with complete clarity on what to focus on next and whether that's independent practice, Northstar, Monthly Coaching or Private Mentorship.
